PROTOTYPE - DEMONSTRATION VIDEOS
Simple Running & Running Subcuticular Patterns Available
MVP1 - SIMPLE RUNNING DEMONSTRATION
September 20, 2020
Our first prototype executing the simple running suture technique in foam. A proof of concept showing the speed of a machine which has replaced the repeated motion of needle handling and passing across the wound with each stitch.
CONTROL AND KNOW NEEDLE POSITION, DIRECTION AND SPEED
March 28, 2021
Robust needle drive and control achieved by the combination of a geared needle and servo-controlled autoclavable micromotors. Control and know needle position, direction and speed like never before. A natural integration with other systems of electro-mechnical surgeon enhancement.
FIRST TEST IN BUTCHERED MEAT
April 1, 2021
Our MVP1 in action in meats ranging from uncooked pork and chicken to barbecued meat with tough skin.
SUBCUTICULAR SUTURING
May 1, 2021
Concept video demonstrating the next prototype with a reciprocating motion for a running subcutaneous or subcuticular stitch. Also a demonstration of our first prototype reprogrammed to function as a subcuticular suturing machine without the reciprocal motion.
BASIC PLATFORM
We are proud to showcase what we have brought from concept to our basic platform which currently includes 3 common sizes of needle
(PS2-->P3), the motorized needle driver and the programmable console with a foot-switch (hand-switch to come).
